Lunch time browsing

As I eat lunch, I'm often to be found browsing Tastespotting. It's like a double whammy. Eating with my eyes as well as my mouth. Dreaming of days when I can have such things as a Cucumber Gimlet- recipe in the link...

Or more immediately, I might make the Hazelnut Icecream next week when I'm here..

When I think of winter

Once upon a long time ago, Tori was IT for me. Whilst the crush has faded somewhat.. we have had a falling out over surgery, skinniness and wigs.. I can't look at these old images without slipping deeply in love all over again. Art directed by Cindy Palmano- for whom there is a distinct lack of presence on the internet. The Little Earthquakes album and it's accompanying music videos stand out forever as some of the most beautiful stuff my eyes have ever ever seen. True.
