Artichoke. Melted cheese. Prosciutto. The blog it's from suggests it's a breakfast dish. I am thinking lunch. With a glass of wine in a shiny glass. I'm currently obsessed with shiny wine glasses. The neighbours handed me a glass of rose over the fence on Saturday in quite literally the squeakiest cleanest glass I've ever held. My glasses sadly don't keep to this standard. I need a dishwasher. But, back to the point. I want this dish. Pronto. I'm imagining emmenthal. Sweet.

I'm really glad you liked the dish! And you have my complete approval to have it for lunch. Oh, and making it with emmenthal and serving it with a glass of wine is a fabulous idea! I must try this myself.
